Starting as a child, and growing up within a Yogi family with Indian and English roots, Yamuna has studied Yoga, Dance & Healing Arts for most of her life. She has been part of the Ashiyana family since 2008 and has been
part of the Ashiyana Teacher Trainings since 2010. Previously a professional Contemporary dancer touring worldwide, she made a career change to become a Yoga teacher & Therapist and began sharing Yoga & working in studios & retreat centres internationally. In her sessions she draws upon her experiences of Healing arts & Yoga and is deeply passionate about her work and being part of the healing journey of her students.​
