Inspired by her Chadian and German roots, singer/songwriter Nely Daja weaves voice and guitar together in an 'Afropean Experience'—an unmistakeable blend of acoustic, soul and reggae. This young artists sources from both the beauty and the imperfection of life, in arrangements that encompass the wide scope of colour and melancholy. Influences from folk, soul, reggae, African and Caribbean elements show up in her music, creating a wonderful and varied collage of sound. Nely has collaborated with accomplished musicians such as Patrice, Flo Mega, Cecile and Cody ChestnutTT, and is currently working on her own solo album.

A graduate of Photodesign in Dortmund, Hanna works as a freelance advertising photographer, as well as managing her own studio with a view of the Rhine in Cologne Germany. Her work is focused on portrait and documentary photography. She's primarily interested in discovering people. Just as they are. She takes joy in capturing the essence of her subjects at work, and in trying to understand the world from their point of view.

Her work takes her everywhere—from rural farms to IT firms, psychiatric hospitals, sewage plants, and law offices. Through her work she tells the powerful stories of everyday life. More than just advertising, Hanna sees her job as a way to value the worth and humanity of the people she photographs.
