Offered Saturday & Sunday over the lunch break at The Point beach on Sydenham Lake. SUP Yoga invites you to enjoy your practice through a fresh lens as you trade the studio floor for a paddleboard, swap out the walls for 360˚ lake views, and exchange the ceiling for sunshine, and fluffy clouds. Come embody mindfulness and awareness as you experience how everything is connected. On the water, every action has a reaction and your ability to adapt to your fluid surroundings is put to the test. Adapting & surrendering... it's a poetic dance. And if you fall? Laugh, get back up on the board and keep going. There are big life lessons out there on the water.... it's the most amazing yoga studio out there.

Thai yoga massage with Clarity bartleet.
Thai Yoga Massage combines acupressure, assisted stretches and energy healing. Each massage is entirely tailored to the receiver’s needs and movements are intuitively guided to release the physical and energetic blockages within the body. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. The receiver is led to relax their body to fully integrate the benefits of the massage. Thai Yoga Massage is given in a state of full presence and attention; practitioners practice a ‘loving kindness’ state of being to guide their movements. In addition to relieving the body from muscular tension, Thai Yoga Massage improves the blood flow and the lymphatic circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
