SPECIAL OFFER! Registrations for groups of 6 people or more receive a 20% discount. Offer valid on ANY 6 TICKETS, as long as they’re registered together. One person must be willing to register and pay on behalf of the whole group.

1. Registration: Registration must be made online, and paid immediately via Ticketscript. Early registration is recommended, as spaces are limited. By registering online, the registrant accepts the terms & conditions of The Groove Yoga Festival. Online registration is binding. A receipt of payment will be automatically sent via email upon completion of the registration.
2. Refunds: No refunds will be given on purchased tickets. Registrants are however welcome to name a replacement person for the ticket in the event that a ticket cannot be used by the original registrant.
3. Liability: The Groove Yoga Festival is not liable for any personal injury or damage or loss of property.
4. Photo and video recording: The Groove Yoga Festival reserves the right to photograph and film the duration of the event. Photos and video footage may be used for future promotional material by The Groove Yoga Festival. By participating in the event, the registrant gives right to The Groove Yoga Festival for any images in which the registrant is present.
5. Content: Teachers and presenters provide their own content. The scope, form, themes and goals of individual sessions are on the website and available to the registrant before the event. The Groove Yoga Festival reserves the right to make changes in the program due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be duly notified of such changes. A change in program does not effect the existing cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation: The Groove Yoga Festival reserves the right to cancel the The Groove Yoga Festival: Island Jam. In such an event, registrants will receive a full refund, minus a 10% handling fee. Additional compensation cannot be claimed.
7. Jurisdiction, validity: The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be Colgone, Germany. The invalidity of one or more provisions does not affect validity of the remaining provisions.
