In this workshop MacKenzie will teach you the alignment and strength needed to create a strong foundation for your inversion practice. You’ll leave questioning gravity, feeling more confident and empowered both on and off of your mat! All levels welcomed and encouraged!
Grow Roots. In this rooted workshop we'll spend time going over the biomechanics of creating a solid base, opening the front line of the body, and cover how to backbend safely. Learn how to build a solid foundation whether you're on your feet or your hands and from that grounded position allow your heart to smile in your backbends.
