I combined my love of sports and yoga in 2010. I completed my 200-Hour YTT at Anjeli Yoga Teacher Training in Mississauga, Ontario and most recently completed my 40 Hour Joga Certfication in Yoga for Athletes. My mission is to provide hard yoga classes that are not advanced. To create movements that even your grandmother can do and thus provide accessible yet challenging yoga sequences no matter if you are a seasoned yogi or never heard of downward dog before.
Since I was introduced to yoga, I really can not imagine a life without it. Yoga brings an extremely unique combination of mindful awareness, spiritual enlightenment and physical strength. What I learn on the mat will often be a reflection of how I live my life off the mat. Alongside this, I have a passion for modern music and hands-on assists to offer students a truly unique experience!
My teachings are accessible and community based. What this means is classes are all levels and designed to embrace a sense of belonging to a larger, more powerful community.
