In this class with movement inspired by yoga, martial arts, dance, strength and mobility work, we will explore creative ways to build greater strength, coordination, mobility, play, suppleness and agility for life.
The Healthy Spine. A healthy spine improves our quality of movement on every level. While a well balanced sequence of yoga postures encourages the spine to move in all directions, there can still be repetitive strain that develops in practice and life when we overlook the mechanics for good spinal movement and stability.
