WHERE To FIND US?
The Groove Gathering: Original Version is located at 3565 Stagecoach Rd., Sydenham ON, about 20 minutes north of Kingston, Ontario.
WHAT to do?
What to do? So many options! With a day or weekend pass, you're free to join any of our led meditations, classes and lectures, and musical happenings. Check the schedule for the full program. In your free time, you're welcome to enjoy our 23-acre property—make a picnic in the shade of the apple orchard, walk in the woods, sprawl out in the grass and just be. If you're up for a swim, there's a small beach in Sydenham, just 5km down the road.
Grab your friends and join our open-to-all donation-based class Friday evening, led by Liz Huntly and accompanied by a deep sound bath from Darren Austin Hall. On Saturday evening, revitalize with an ecstatic dance led by Darren Austin Hall.
Bring your own food, or pick up small bites & sweet treats from our snack bar. Eat, shake your booty, be merry in the barn. If you're looking for a meditative evening, mellow out around the campfire, or find a quiet space to count the stars.
