David Good has a passion for sharing his love for the practice of yoga with years of teaching and training under his belt. He specializes in restorative, therapeutics, foundation and beginners yoga. He asks you to meet yourself on the mat everyday. His teaching style is fun, inclusive and accessible to every level. 2:30-4:15 Good Slow Flow The Barn
Flow and Explore. This is going to be a yoga party. Open yourself up to a new way of thinking about your practice and your teaching with some fun alignment cues based on the body's biomechanics. The class will focus on finding your foundation, drawing on your energy center and learning how to expand to find a perfect expression of the pose. Remember yoga is supposed to be fun and feel good as you meet yourself on the mat everyday. We will explore lots of balance poses, forward bends, back bends, twists and variations on inversions. This practice is open to all levels and will include tons of modifications.
Good Slow Flow. Slow it down and take a few deep breaths in each pose. This class will focus on slowing it down enough to listen to what's going on in each pose, what's going on in your anatomy, how to go deeper and add stillness to use each pose as a meditation tool to get to know yourself better. More yin than yang with a dash of soul.
