Darren Austin Hall is a sound healer, ceremonial musician and spiritual teacher. He tours internationally, sharing his healing music with the crystal singing bowls and his array of spirituality and wellness workshops and courses. His performances, workshops and teachings are devoted to evolving human consciousness and inspiring a sense of universal truth and unity as well as invoking spiritual activism. He was a featured performer at the TEDx Conference in Toronto and is a writer of the blog called The Druid and is contributor to many online zines, as well as being a spoken word poet. He is a recording artist and his new album ‘Songs of Source’ features his work with the crystal singing bowls and his unique ‘source-singing’. He is also co-founder, DJ and co-facilitator of The Big Love Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony as well as his own Shaking Medicine Ecstatic Movement offerings. Darren is also the founder of Conscious Masculinity Toronto and facilitates a men’s group devoted to raising the consciousness of the masculine. He is the creator and facilitator of the 75HR Source Resonance Training in Sound Healing, Sacred Music & Vibrational Philosophy. Darren has also trained with indigenous elders and wisdom keepers the world over and has been on an odyssey reclaiming his own European indigenous heritage. He is devotee of the wisdom of nature, tales of the Goddess and is committed to regenerating ancient eco-spiritual wisdom to help guide humanity toward a new age of great peace and harmony with the Earth. He is currently at work on a series of books on spiritual philosophy and tantric writings and poetry to be released soon.

The Big Love Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony. Join us for an exciting experience of ecstatic dance with cacao (raw chocolate elixirs)! Darren Austin Hall will be our glorious guide for an experience of THE BIG LOVE which he co-founded. Ecstatic dance is sweeping the world as we reclaim dance as a transformational art. Darren will DJ a stunning set of blissful beats for us to dance our souls to radiance. We will begin with a Cacao ceremony where all will receive a raw chocolate elixir to rouse us into action and open our hearts. Cacao is an ancient heart-based medicine that centres us and gives us an ample dose of love power. At the conclusion of the dance, Darren will share a Crystal Bowl Soundbath to ground us and a final collective free-chant to share our love cultivated with the wider world.

GAIA AWAKENING: Eco-Spirituality & Reclaiming a Vision of the Earth Goddess

As we come to grips with the environmental crisis and our broken relationship with the planet, it is increasingly necessary to tell new stories of our species and its relationship to Earth to pioneer a culture of deep healing & eco-spiritual wisdom. There is much to be gained from exploring the knowledge of our ancient ancestors who lived in harmony with the Earth whom they revered as a living Goddess; our planetary mother. For the last decade, Darren has been on a quest inspired by his training with First Nations wisdom keepers to discover the roots of the European indigenous traditions. What he has discovered has utterly transformed his perspective on life, humanity and Earth.

Darren will share some of this deeply relevant and inspiring knowledge through mythological storytelling, song and poetry. We will delve into the story of the Fallen Goddess, Sophia, which the Gnostics were devoted to; a stunning tale of cosmic consciousness, enigmatic initiations and divine drama that has implications for all of our lives. He will share as well tales of his recent journeys to the South of France and the Cathars--a mystical culture devoted to the divine feminine who were later ruthlessly persecuted in one of the great genocides of ancient Europe. He will also share an Earth Heart Meditation to connect to the living Goddess Herself and the possibility to receive messages from Her glory. This is some of Darren's most passionate work and he ardently believes that understanding the wisdom of the ancients ones who loved the Earth so dearly, skillfully and beautifully has profound potentials to inspire a renewal of eco-spiritual culture.
