dallas’ classes deliver a fluid, strengthening, healing experience to each yogi in the room, regardless of experience level. She can deliver an all-levels class like no other. This yoga is beyond a strictly physical experience, it is meditative and emotionally freeing. She creates safe-space, where students are encouraged to take chances, re-energize, and try new things.
She is often the teacher first time students return to, as her instructions are clear and relatable. Though her tone is calming she never takes class too seriously. Students love her reassuring hands-on adjustments, and practical sequencing - you’ll leave feeling invigorated and restored.
dallas is grateful for her wealth of education, particularly from her yet co-teacher, Kathryn Flynn, and friend, Seane Corn. Much love to her teachers Bryan Kest, Hali Schwartz, and most importantly, her peers and students of 330.

Hatha + Honky Tonk. Music taste is a pretty subjective thing, so even though we have our flavours that we think work most of the time, we know there’s a flannel-loving, cowboy-hat wearing crowd out there feeling neglected. Enter hatha + honky tonk, the western compliment to your eastern practice. dallas will teach a classical hatha class to some classic country tunes, ranging from Johnny Cash to Merle Haggard. Seriously consider wearing your most awesome plaid… and kudos to you if you can keep your cowboy hat on in Downward Dog. All while singing… heyyyy, good lookin' - what ya got cookin'? How's about cooking somethin' up with me... ♪, ♫
